I always stay at this hotel in Guanajuato. It's my favorite because it's safe, with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. They even helped find my lost wallet once. I love it here and will be back for Christmas!

The hotel is located near a variety of restaurants and shops which was convenient for our Thanksgiving trip. The staff was also friendly and eager to help with any requests we had. In addition, the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The room had a strange odor that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked, with some visible mold in the shower.

I always come back because Hotel Magdalena Colonial has everything I need. Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception and security, coffee shop, and airport shuttle. The staff gave me a cold drink when I arrived, which I'll never forget. Can't wait to be back for New Year!
